The Higher Technical School of Telecommunications Engineers and the School of Computer Engineering of Valladolid collaborate with the ASTI Foundation and the Association of Telecommunications Engineers of Castilla y León to celebrate the "International Day of Women and Girls in Science" in the Building of Information Technologies and Telecommunications of the University of Valladolid within the framework of the STEM TALENT GIRL Valladolid program.

Who can come: Girls who are in 3rd grade, 4º ESO, 1º, 2º Baccalaureate immersed in the project #STEM TALENT GIRL Valladolid.
The following workshops have been organized for this activity:
- “Locating objects using sound”
- "Knowing light and fiber optics"
- “Find the best deals on your online purchases using Scraping"
- "Classifying clothes through Machine Learning"
The workshops will be guided by teachers, students of the Schools of Computer Engineering and Telecommunications Engineering of the University of Valladolid, with the main objective of promoting scientific-technological vocations among young people.
