The students of the subject Mobile Systems of the School of Computer Engineering and the students of the subject Structure and Behavior of the Organization of the Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences have participated in the Everest simulation, designed by Professor Amy Edmonson and marketed by Harvard Business Publishing, within the framework of the Teaching Innovation Project “Go to the market!”.
In 13 interdisciplinary teams students have had to climb to the top of Everest during 6 days making decisions in extreme conditions and putting themselves in the shoes of doctors, Photographers, marathoners, environmentalist and team leaders. The objective was to improve their teamwork capabilities to later face the challenge of creating an Android app that improves the efficiency of companies.
