Antonio Garcia Vicente, student of 2nd ESO at IES Emilio Ferrari and previously from the C.R.A El Páramo de Villanubla and member of the Young Programmers Club (CJP) UVa, to their 13 years has been selected in the program Young Changemakers to inspire and mobilize other young people.

Don't miss the video Antonio talks to us about https://youtu.be/KoguGZbRxuU about the importance of every young man learning to program and what he himself has done to contribute his grain of sand by founding a Programming Club at his school to teach his peers. As can be seen in the video and in the image capture of it, Antonio loves our school and the CJP very much.

To the 6 years he showed up to participate in one of the Scratch Days that we've been organizing over so many years and fell in love with programming. To the 7 years began at the CJP and 8 I was already giving a talk about programming at Ted X Valladolid and later participating in several talks and TV shows. Here at this link you can remember through two posts posted on the School page: https://www.inf.uva.es/search/antonio+garcia+vicente

The project Joinus4theplanet, developing with his sister and a friend of Villanubla's, your people, has been selected as a finalist in the Audi Creativity Challenge. They are the GREEN CODE team and are the only finalists of Castile and León. The final is in June in Barcelona and the votes they receive on the web count a 20%. We recommend you to see the Video presentation of your project And assess if it is not worth voting for them and sharing it so that they have the more support the better..
