LEXDATUM is an annual meeting forum that brings together lawyers who are experts in ICT law and companies and institutions in the technology sector to exchange experiences and catch up on the challenges posed by the current regulatory frameworks.

The objective of LEXDATUM is to provide professionals in the technology sector who handle personal data training on legal aspects that directly affect the exercise of the profession from a practical perspective, specifically oriented to this professional profile.

This new edition of LEXDATUM will delve into how mobile apps (the "apps") take privacy and data protection into account. What to consider when designing an app to comply with privacy rules? How to tell if an app puts the privacy of its users at risk? Are developers respecting these rules? What happens if an app has jeopardized the privacy of its users?

In addition to ICT professionals, LEXDATUM is also intended for students or recent graduates in degrees in this same technological field who want to orient their future professional profile to aspects related to data protection and cybersecurity.

The format chosen for this edition is “Online” and the day will take place in two two-hour sessions, on consecutive days. The first day will serve as an introduction to the topic and the second will be a round table where you will have the opportunity to listen and interact with public and private sector experts.

We are waiting for you at LEXDATUM!
