Today software is present not only in computers, but also on mobile phones, tablets, appliances, vehicles, in the health, banking, our work, our leisure and ultimately to virtually all of our environment. For this reason, every day is more important the quality of something so widespread as software, having been developed during the last years models and standards to assess both the quality of the processes of software development, as the resulting own product.
Considerante the above, the aim of the talk will be to know the current situation of the quality of the software and its problems, as well as learn the main mechanisms to evaluate the quality of development processes, as of the own software product, support for this in the existing ISO standards.
For this purpose the following content will be treated:

Doctor and computer engineer and Master in advanced computer technology from the University of Castilla - La Mancha. CISA (Certified Information System Auditor) by ISACA, Lead auditor by AENOR (ISO 15504/ ISO 33000) and r & d by AENOR Certification Auditor. Official formation of the SEI CMMI-DEV 1.2 AND CMMI-ACQ, Scrum Manager Certified, ISTQB Certified and TMAP Next Certified.
He has worked as a consultant for more than 30 companies and administrations, specializing in process improvement software and the assessment of the quality of the product. He is currently the Director of AQCLab (www.aqclab.es), first accredited laboratory at international level for the evaluation of the quality of the software product and the data according to the standard ISO/IEC 25000.
He is an associate professor at the University of Castilla - La Mancha and supports several universities as a Professor of degree and master: UPSA, UCM and UVA. In the research field, He has directed more than 10 r & d projects, and written many articles for journals and international conferences on software quality.
