From this year, Red Hat Iberia intends to incorporate regular Junior consultants (Graduates) their teams of consulting in Spain and Portugal. The hiring of these Graduates will be made by permanent work contracts, with an intensive period of initial formation of 18 months in charge of Red Hat, in which we will add incrementally to these consultants to some of the most advanced technological projects in which Red Hat Consulting is participating.
This program is already underway with great success in other European countries, and we believe that it is highly attractive, both its Endowment and to quickly acquire advanced experience in the information technology world
We have opened an initial recruitment process during the month of January of 2018. Our intention is the selected candidates in the first week of February, facing their definitive incorporation into the company in March of 2018.
