Students of the degree in computer engineering from UVa obtained the sixth place in the Ada Byron programming contest

A team from the University of Valladolid, composed of three students of the degree in computer engineering from our school (Rafael Sillero Navajas, Luis Alberto Centeno Bragado and Jorge Hernandez of Benito) it has won the sixth place in the Ada Byron programming contest, organized by the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. It is one of the best results achieved by a team from UVa in recent years, since the group competed until the end and in number of successful problems they are tied with the quarters, only a problem of second place, a total of 44 equipment submitted to the contest (final score)

Although the UVa team participated out of competition, the classification has encouraged the group to prepare for the square representing the grapes in the European regional phase of the ACM programming contest. The preparation of this team has been through the UVa automatic judge (UVA Online Judge) designed and managed by UVa, with almost all students in the world prepares who choose this type of events and which currently has with 200.000 users.
