What is clean code?

Why is it important?

How to structure methods (share, Refactoring)?

Which are the right types of comments?

Do you choose inheritance vs. composition / aggregation?

Video of the talk (Spanish):

There is a huge difference between knowing move the pieces and learn to play chess. The same applies to programming: You must master the basics first and then know how to apply it to create maintainable and readable code.

In Códice all new engineers go through an adjustment period in which we teach them to create more simple, readable code and therefore more maintainable. "Clean Code" and "Code Complete" are required reading.
