HackForGood back to Valladolid 3, 4 and 5 April

Following on from the great experience of the first edition organized in Valladolid HackForGood in March 2013, the next few days 3, 4 and 5 April returns to another edition of Valladolid HackForGood. This second edition of the Hackathon will be held in parallel with seven other cities in Spain, is promoted by Telefónica, the School of Telecommunications at the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Foundation and the Hazloposible MasmeTV startup support from the Telefonica Network Chairs, to which belongs the Telfonica Chair of the University of Valladolid "Mobility and Education".

In HackForGood, teams to develop the best technological applications in any of these fields will be awarded: Social Innovation, Education and Employment. Applications can be developed individually or in groups, especially valuing the formation of multi-disciplinary teams that include all the profiles required for the development of services and applications and technical, designers, computer, sociologists, engineers, psychologists, social entrepreneurs and people from the social sphere ... -.

Hackathon activities revolve around a set of challenges suggested by the organizers to the participants (consult http://hackforgood.net/category/retos for examples of challenges that are already available).

In this issue, there are more than forty awards, including local awards given each global headquarters and granted to the best projects nationwide. In addition, All winning teams will be invited to join the entrepreneurship ecosystem Telefónica, called Open Future, and thus be able to continue the project and benefit from programs of training and mentoring company, and obtain additional funding for developments, increase your networking, etc..
