The Industrial Revolution, ago that began more than two centuries, It completely changed the world. We are now entering a new period even more transformational: "The New Revolution of the Machines." What awaits us in the next two decades? What professions survive? How to take in this new Digital Era?

Alexander Pérez Casares is Industrial Engineer, National Award winner (awarded to the top three graduates in the country), Honours and the University of Valladolid in 2006. Spanish first obtaining, simultaneously, el MBA (Master of Business Administration) by Stanford University and the MPA (Master in Public Administration) by the Kennedy School of Harvard University, receiving Fulbright scholarships and Caja Madrid.

He worked at McKinsey, Goldman Sachs (Investment Banking, in the Department of Financial Institutions in New York) and most recently as “Investment Executive” London, para Kohlberg-Kravis-Roberts, one of the leading companies worldwide in “private equity” (Capital Riesgo).

It was one of the youngest authors in publishing in Financial Times (August 2012: “Beware the five common myths about the Spanish economy”) without working for this newspaper.
